How to Use Quartz in Manifestation Spells
Quartz is one of the go to rocks aka crystals for manifesting your hopes and dreams. Simple spells using quartz aide in clarity, protection, and manifesting your desires. Elders believe it can enhance focus, enlighten your foresight, and protect you from harm. Quartz emanates Energy.
For Beginners, a simple spell would be one with a candle in the center, and quartz placed in a circle around the candle. Although any candle will do, a scented candle that you find pleasing may actually allow you to relax and focus more. For me, I use lavender. The calming smell and warmth allows my souul to rest and focus. Start by staring into the candle until you can see in your mind, imagine the outcome you wish to achieve. You should clearly focus and imagine your future hopes, dreams, and pinpoint your outcome.
Make sure you are uninterrupted – whether you do this in the bath or in a locked room, or out in the barn away from others. Clear your mind of any other thoughts and allow the candle burning and the calming power of the quartz to radiate though your mind and enter your thought process. Doing this, ten to twenty minutes per day to focus on your hopes and dreams can enrich your life with the desired outcome.
Manifesting takes time and patience, and repetition is key. Keep one main goal in mind at a time and this will help you place your energy and mind on that one goal. Having too many manifestations may divide your energies and not result in what you desire.
